The location was great.
The breakfast included was quite basic. If I wanted something more elaborate, like fresh fruit, I had to pay extra. The service was also slow. My tea and coffee arrived after I had finished eating.

The staff displayed attentiveness and helpfulness throughout my visit. The location is advantageous, providing easy access to key areas (i especially loved being close to museums). I found my room, a beautiful room, thoroughly equipped.
The shower pressure was a little low.

friendly staff amazing design beautiful room
the staff was friendly and professional. rooms had an amazing design and were beautiful. food was fine, i felt a real peaceful oasis here. location relation to knightsbridge was perfect for me.
the minibar extras were exorbitantly priced. i think hotel should review prices for some items.
